Mind Renewal and Transformation

The Holy Spirit speaking through Paul says this:

Romans 12:2 NASB20 — And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.

From this, we understand mind renewal, and the transformation it brings, to be a process.

This is borne out in our experience of seeing old thought patterns slowly fade and new godly attitudes and actions blossom.

Further, we're encouraged to think on good, lovely, pure, and praiseworthy things. We're urged to set our minds on things above and not on things on the earth. This change of mindset is the pathway to mind renewal and transformation.
