The Saint Jesus Loves

Have you ever noticed that John constantly refers to himself as “the disciple Jesus loved”?

We would do well to do the same.

When we truly know God’s great love for us,
it results in our outward behavior becoming increasingly conformed to our inner state of being in Christ,
it results in us naturally manifesting Jesus to those we encounter,
it results in the fruit of the Spirit being put on display for all to see, without us even trying,
it results in our lives being filled with peace in the midst of turmoil,
it results in grace characterizing our days.

Know today that you are the saint Jesus loves. It's true, and that's the way of grace.
